Meat digests slower, burns calories, and is more satiating. 4. Keep Meals Consistent 5. Don’t Drink Calories (sorry somehow missed this in the video!) - No juice, soda, or any beverage with a lot of sugar or calories 6. No Fruit or Dairy: -Both contain fructose and sugar. -Dairy is rich in calories and can raise insulin levels. 7. One Cheat Meal Per Week: -Indulge and splurge guilt-free. -Provides mental support and psychological benefits for longevity. -Prevents a slowdown of metabolism – a refeeding day to trick your metabolism.
