Incorporating at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic exercises into your weekly schedule or engaging in high-intensity interval training (HIIT) for short durations is recommended.

As discussed earlier, managing A1c through diet requires balancing carbohydrate intake with physical activity to optimize the body's glucose response. High-fiber foods can slow digestion and absorption of carbohydrates, resulting in a more gradual increase in blood sugar levels. Examples include oats, fruits like apples or berries, and vegetables such as broccoli.
