This weight loss challenge is towards My Weight Loss Journey / Weight Loss Transformation. The meaning and reason is tomorrow is 75 days until Summer 2025 (June 20th), so between today and the First Day of Summer 2025 is a full 75 days. The point is to lose weight of course, and I will lose weight and lose fat along the way, but anything extra like discipline, health, will all be accepted as well. Weight loss and fat loss aren't the only things, but for the challenge they're in the front (honestly I'd prefer fat loss over weight loss). It's to have fun, lose weight, and change my body as much as possible. The weight is (kind of) bonus as well, but I'll do a start and a final weigh-in (at least).
